ആകാശത്തിൻ വെളുത്ത പ്രതലത്തിൽ!

കാണാനാവും , പക്ഷേ മൂകം

കാണാനാവാത്തത്‌, കേൾക്കുന്നത്‌.

ಶಬ್ದಗಳು ಯಾತಕ್ಕೆ ಹೀಗೆ
ಕಪ್ಪು ತುಂತುರು ಹನಿ!
ಬಿಳಿಯ ಅವಕಾಶಕ್ಕೆ
ಕೊಟ್ಟ ರೂಪ

ಶಬ್ದಗಳು ಯಾತಕ್ಕೆ ಹೀಗೆ
ಕೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಕಾಣುತ್ತವೆ.
ಶಬ್ದಗಳು ಕಾಣದವೂ ಕೇಳುತ್ತವೆ.
